The plant is equipped with the latest technologies, including a precise cutting machine, a high-frequency welding machine, and a round, square and rectangular shape forming machine that guarantees the product to meet international quality standards.
Şanly Bedew, manufacturer of electric welded steel pipes and profiles of a wide range of sizes, uses only high quality grade Ст3, Ст2, and its European analogue S235JR carbon steel raw material imported from MMK, Severstal), AlcelorMittal.
Manufactured pipes and profiles are subjected to testing with an ultrasonic flaw detector to determine the quality of the weld, as well as pressured with a hydraulic press to determine the endurance of the product.
